If you are not aware, according to the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008,
beginning on January 1, 2012 all Acquirers (electronic payment processors) in the
electronic payments industry are required to report the gross amount of their merchants'
transactions to the corporation known as Internal Revenue Tax & Audit Services, Inc.
(aka. IRS) a collection agency for the Federal Reserve Corporation. And they require a
SSN or SIN number.
As an independent operator, and sovereign Citizen having no such number, I choose to conduct
business personally as of right. This in contradistinction to a fictitious corporate entity,
who has privileges only as granted by a corpra ficta entity masquerading as a bonafide State
or Government. Wherefore, we can only receive payment directly from our customers and
ask that you mail a U.S. Postal Money Order (preferred), or Check drawn on a U.S. bank.
Checks take 2 weeks to clear in Florida. USPS Money Orders will be processed within 2 days of receiving the order. Books will be
sent via 2-3 day Priority Mail. The CD (only) by First Class Mail, whereas you should receive it within 5-7
business days after we receive payment.
